DOMESTIC ORDERS (WITHIN INDIA)

SHIPPING FEES

We offer free standard shipping for orders above INR 5,000 across India.
A flat fee of INR 100 is charged on all orders below INR 5,000.
Express shipping is INR 600. It is only available for metro cities at the moment. To opt for express shipping, you can either drop in a request on our WhatsApp at +91 8976064836, or send us an email at hi@politesociety.

Please note, express shipping requests can be accepted or declined subject to product availability.

DELIVERY TIME FRAME

For standard shipping, orders are typically dispatched within 4-5 business days (Monday-Friday) within India. If you opt for our express shipping option, you can expect to receive your order within 1-2 business days. 
In case the piece(s) you’ve ordered aren’t readily available please allow us some time to restock. The shipment period may take longer and one of our staff members will send you a notification of delay via email.
If you have ordered multiple items then your order may be processed in multiple shipments. In this case you will be notified of the tracking number when each shipment occurs.

TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link on your email address that allows you to monitor the status of your delivery.


SERVICE DELAYS
Polite Society is not responsible for any unexpected shipping delays due to bad weather, natural disasters or clearance delays. Best thing to do in situations like this, would be to directly contact the courier company with the provided tracking number to receive updates.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE INDIA)

SHIPPING FEES
International shipping is $30 approximately (INR 2,500). This does not include custom duties levied at the destination country.

CUSTOM DUTIES/ IMPORT CHARGES
Custom duties/taxes/charges can be levied once the parcel reaches its destination country. 
If custom duties are imposed, the customer is liable for clearance of the charges.
Polite Society is not responsible for these charges and is not aware of what these charges may be for each destination country, as applicable. We would recommend contacting your local custom offices before placing an order to inquire about what these rates would be.

FAILED DELIVERY
For any failed attempts of delivery pertaining to an incorrect address, contact details, multiple failed attempts to reach you or refusal to pay custom fees - Polite Society does not take responsibility for any charges pertaining to the return shipment of your order.

If your order is returned to us and it is to be sent to you again, you will have to pay the shipping fees once again.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE
We do not accept returns or exchange on international orders.
