Domestic Standard Rate INR 100
International Standard Rate INR 2,000 ($30 approximately)
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?
As a slow fashion brand, we make garments to order so it takes a little longer. Within India, the order will be delivered in 7-14 days.
For International orders, depending on the country, orders will reach you in 2-3 weeks.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
As soon as your order is shipped out, we will email your shipping confirmation and tracking number.
WHAT IF THERE ARE SERVICE DELAYS?
Polite Society is not responsible for any unexpected shipping delays due to bad weather, natural disasters or clearance delays. Best thing to do in situations like this, would be to directly contact the courier company with the provided tracking number to receive updates.
WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOM FEES?
Custom duties/taxes/charges can be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country– Polite Society is not responsible for these charges and we are not aware of what these charges would be for each destination country, if applicable. We would recommend contacting your local custom office to inquire about what these rates would be for parcels being shipping from India to your country of residence.
WHAT IF THE PACKAGE IS RETURNED DUE TO FAILED DELIVERY?
For any failed attempts of delivery pertaining to an incorrect address, multiple failed attempts to reach you or refusal to pay custom fees - Polite Society does not take responsibility for shipping fees pertaining to the return shipment of your order. If your order is returned to us and it is to be sent to you again, you will have to pay the shipping fees once again.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We only accept returns in case the product received is damaged or incorrect.
If a product doesn’t fit you as you had hoped, we can offer to exchange the product for a preferred size for which you will have to bear the cost of shipping both ways.
If you are not sure about keeping the product at all, you can request to return it back to us within 7 days and we can offer you a store credit for the same.
EXCEPTIONS/ NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchange on international orders.
